These terms cover this website. The site shows CNCT2SOFT's downloadable tools and links to where you can buy them. The purchase itself happens on a marketplace, under that marketplace's terms.
What this site is
This is the website of CNCT2SOFT, which makes practical digital tools for small businesses: calculators, spreadsheets, templates and similar downloads. Each tool's page describes what it does, what the download includes and what it needs to run.
Nothing is sold on this site itself. There is no checkout, no account and no download here. The descriptions on this site are information about the tools, not an offer capable of acceptance.
Buying a tool
Tools are bought through Etsy. The buy button on a tool's page takes you to its listing there, and the marketplace takes the payment and delivers the download. Your purchase is made under the marketplace's terms as well as CNCT2SOFT's own listing details:
Before buying, check the tool's page and listing for the software it needs and the devices it has been checked on. If you have a question first, ask at support@cnct2soft.com.
If something isn't right
If a tool does not work as described, or a download fails, contact support@cnct2soft.com and we will look at it. Cancellations and refunds for an order are handled through the marketplace's own process. Nothing on this site limits or replaces your statutory rights as a consumer.
The site's content
The text, design, code, imagery and the CNCT2SOFT name and mark on this site belong to CNCT2SOFT unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and other rights.
You are welcome to read it, link to it and share links to it, and to quote reasonable extracts with attribution. Copying the site or substantial parts of it, republishing it as your own, or reusing the branding is not permitted without written permission.
Using the site reasonably
Please do not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it
- interfere with its availability for other people
